So whilst looking for places to stay around Italy we stumble upon this gem. No joke its a castle. I mean look at it. To say it was an amazing experience would be an understatement. The rooms are old school and the food is honestly amazing, award winning actually. But a top tip I can share is, if your driving up yourself after the gated entrance keep left. Nick and I went right and ended up driving part way through an open art exhibition. 😮 opsy. Three point turning a fiat panda isn’t that easy when your doing it between a hill and some art.
This is by far the best risotto I’ve ever had. A creamy mint fusion!
Not going to lye as an Australian these are the only warm clothes I own, and let me tell you this place was nippy!! Check out some more here and the info on how to book.
Some pretty snap shots from around the grounds. That Nick and I took whilst going on one of the many walks.
He’s soo cute!!! We had this weird challenge to see who could take the most arty picture.
The view from our room, looking over the little town of Perigine Valsugana.
If your in need of a rest bight or some 1 on 1 time this is the place for you. It quiet and peaceful, the walks are beautiful and the food is delicious.
